We have been going to daydream dentistry for about 3 years now. We have always enjoyed our experience. They have beautiful team that always contributes to our visits being extremely pleasant and for that my wife and I are extremely grateful. I will never forget how kind and loving they reacted to my wife’s anxiety to the feelings she felt when receiving anesthesia. Dr Rinehart kindly gave her the comfort she needed by walking her through the procedure and that if it became to much that they could stop at her request. Thankfully we did not have to and this made my wife extremely happy and comfortable to continue to stay at daydream dentistry. There is more I could share about this wonderful dentistry, but this review will get to long. 😂. Thank Dr Rinehart and your wonderful team for all the hard work that you do.

Dr. Reinhart and Dr Carrales are both great! Both are calm and kind in their approach when working with you. Eddie, dental hygienist was excellent during my teeth cleaning. He’s personable and easily made me feel comfortable, from the simplest ask of how I would like be addressed ( name).. he shared along he’s been the field…He even had me laughing! I have been a patient of Daydream Family Dentistry for some time now, and as a result of their excellent care wanted to share some good news with potential patients.. First, daydream dental has been very helpful to me when I have had an expensive procedure.. I haven't had any difficulty in making their work financially feasible. Secondly, their preventive care is next to none and foremost to me. They explain as well. Finally they help with tough scheduling times and they notify you beforehand.
Just had my wisdom tooth pulled yesterday. I was so nervous. Let me just say Doctor Carrales and his assistant were amazing. I didn't feel a thing and tooth was out in less then a min. I highly recommend Day Dream Family Dental the entire staff is great. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

He saw me once, and fixed it on that same day. The staff is professional, kind, competent, and you can tell they love working there and have a passion for what they do. It is healing nicely. I am very happy with their services and I’ll be seeing them on a consistent basis going forward.

I can’t express enough about how wonderful this place is. My 16yr old son was in a accident and broke his front 2 teeth. They worked him in right away and have been treating him with so much care. He’s on a plan to get his teeth as white as possible before his permanent come in. They’re looking out for the long term. I’m so appreciative of that. My son loves to go in, he said everyone in the office is extremely nice. This will definitely be our permanent home for dental work. Thank you for taking such good care of him.

I was please with the standard of care that this dental practice provided. Alison, the hygienist, does a great job at setting the proper expectations and is very thorough with her cleaning. She explained the importance of proper dental care and offered suggestions to prevent receding gum lines etc. Dr. Carrales is very professional and also did an excellent job reviewing the dental findings from the x-rays and providing effective education and recommendation. The staff is very nice and is great at sending appointment reminders and communicating in a friendly manner. Keep up the great work! *UPDATE-Dr. Rinehart is amazing with children. My daughter is usually hesitant with dental appointments and Dr. Rinehart did an amazing job keeping her calm-she wants to go back! Parent & kid approved.

Wonderful staff, they are beyond patient! No hidden costs on your bill, they break down what your insurance covers and what your co-pays are even before they do anything. I have never liked going to the dentist, now because they treated me so well I now know that there are actual dentistry that care about their patients.

They explain in detail what your insurance covers and what your co-pays are, as well as show you how much each procedure will cost there are no surprises at the end of your visit when they charge you! I previously rated this dentist office a 5 but after several visits and some cosmetic work done , plus other dental work I was not satisfied with how the whole process was handled and with the final result. I encountered many issues and I was disappointed of how things were handled and the length it took plus no adequate feedback during my dental process and additional handling of the insurance billing/claims. Once payments and insurance claims were paid in full, they weren't too concerned as to my complete customer satisfaction. As for basic dental procedure they are ok, but for cosmetic dental work I would not recommend. I also needed a tooth extraction, which they could have done but instead was referred to a specialist who was not even in network with my insurance and in the end I had to do the leg work in finding one myself. If referring was a recommendation then why not refer to one who is in network as well. (During a year, the office went through several different receptionists which made it difficult as well). Customer satisfaction is very important to me; but after a year - I have decided to choose another dentist.

My wife and I were just in for our 6 month checkups. Mary Lou greeted us like old friends and, as usual, explained everything as she inspected, cleaned, and polished our teeth. She is gentle, informative, and treats us like her own family. Dr. Rinehart inspected my teeth and discussed a problem I was having with a very sensitive tooth. The tooth was cracked, and she showed me on the photos Mary Lou had taken. She explained that I needed to have it pulled (official term is "extracted"), and she recommended an Oral Surgeon. The receptionist called the Oral Surgeon and set up an appointment for me. Overall, Daydream Family Dentistry is the best dental experience I have ever had (and I'm 70 years old!).

Great experience! Now my teeth look completely different and in a good way. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Mary Lou did a great job cleaning my teeth and giving me advice. Dr Rinehart, DDS, was very nice and helpful.
I went for a routine cleaning and was welcomed as soon as I walked into the office with a smile. I have seen Mary Lou since she joined the office. She is gentle, thorough and explains what she is doing and why. I have had appointments with both the dentists and Mary Lou is a reflection of them. Gentle, caring and thorough. Dr. Carter should be proud of who he chose to leave his patients' care to. Dr. Rhinehart and Carrales are the best.

Dr Ronny and Dr Gina are the best. They make a not so enjoyable thing relaxed, fun, and easy. Great with kids and have a nice comfortable office. Quick easy and painless. Can't say enough about them!

Staff is very friendly and nice. I used to think that it was normal and unavoidable for gums to hurt after a teeth cleaning. My gums feel fine and my teeth feel very clean. Very happy patient.
